DIGITAL EDUCATION

Rebecca, Founder + Executive Director, hosts IG Lives with experts in various industries to discuss the root causes of health disparities and connect the organization’s virtual audience with needed resources. Instagram account has now grown to have a large online presence, with over 11,000 followers engaging with the page and over 30,000 weekly impressions.


Through social media, BHC has also engaged community members with current information on various illnesses, specifically COVID-19 and other illnesses that impact the Black communities more than other races. BHC also takes the opportunity to educate the audience and provide historical context on matters that affect the overall health of Black individuals in America.

COMMUNITY PROGRAMMING/EVENTS

Host events such as community baby showers, mental health support groups for Black men, mentorship programs and more!
